Shipping policy
Here at The Worn Bookmark, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your t-shirt orders.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are mostly not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days on average
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder, and contact us if it's not there. Tracking can go quiet for a few days when a package is handed off between carriers, and delivery to some areas can take a bit longer than the estimate.
Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before you order, including any apartment or unit number. If you use Shop Pay, it may fill in a previously saved address, so it's worth confirming at checkout. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within United States. Stay tuned for future international shipping options!
Shipping Delays:
Please note that shipping delays may occur during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or carrier delays).
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thewornbookmark.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check around your home, with neighbors, and with your carrier, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll be happy to help.
